Who are the Strategic Partners?
The Strategic Partners have a variety of backgrounds, ranging from active and retired business executives to former high-level members of national governments and the military in countries where we do business. Regardless of personal history, each Strategic Partner holds a great deal of influence in his or her country, and has relationships that are useful to Gateway Global’s mission of sourcing, reselling, and transporting high volume, hard-to-get commodities.
How does one become a Strategic Partner?
Strategic Partners are invited to join the program after a comprehensive interview screening process, during which their potential contribution as business development resources are determined. While membership is by invitation only, we are always interested in meeting new contacts.
What are the prerequisites?
There are two prerequisites for consideration:
- Strategic Partners must be proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strategic Partners must reside or maintain a significant presence in the country where they represent Gateway.
Does becoming a Strategic Partner require a financial investment?
No.
Does becoming a Strategic Partner require me to maintain a physical office?
No.
What is compensation?
Although there is a degree of variation, a typical compensation is $.50 per metric ton of material delivered. For example: by facilitating the sale of 5 million metric tons of any combination of our products, one would earn $2.5 million (US).
Are my relationship rights exclusive?
Yes. You will continue to receive an income stream from on-going business in perpetuity, even if the agreement between us is not renewed.
What is the term of the relationship?
Strategic Partner agreements have a term of one year, but are automatically renewed on the anniversary date, unless terminated by either party according to the terms of the agreement.
