Mitchell Hammer, Chairman of the Board, Gateway International Trading Partners LLC

Mr. Hammer serves as the Chairman and CEO of several Gateway entities including Gateway Capital, the parent organization. Mr. Hammer has 30 years of experience in international trading and investment banking. He served as Chairman and President of a leveraged buyout firm that completed approximately fifteen acquisitions in the 1980s and early 1990s. The firm, which focused on the automotive aftermarket, apparel and textile industries, became a publicly traded enterprise and Mr. Hammer was its largest shareholder and CEO.

Mr. Avon is an international investment banker and businessman who has completed over $ 5 billion in global infrastructure projects as the CEO of Asian Pacific Corp. Panama, S.A. He serves on many international boards and is deeply involved with the diplomatic community. Widely known in global trade circles, he was recently named as a recipient of the 2007 Global Leaders Award, and one of south Florida’s "100 Most Powerful International Leaders" by South Florida CEO magazine.
